As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will own our customers experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, selling service work, and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others and who thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

The pay for this position is salary plus commission.

  • Oversee flow of the service lane; ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Write up the customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair; test drive customer's vehicle as needed to confirm the problem
  • Advise customers on the care of their cars and recommend additional needed service, referring to service history and vehicle inspections
  • Establish a timeline for completed repairs and check on the progress of repairs throughout the day
  • Contact customers frequently with updates and/or any changes in the estimate or promised time and explain cost and time requirements to the customer
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled
